ZUMBA-IN-THE-CIRCUIT- this class combines the excitement and enthusiasm of our fabulous Zumba instructors with the benefits of Curves outstanding strength training Circuit system. 

REV! – is a 40 minute cardio-charged workout around the circuit!  This class is designed to keep members motivated and exhilarated in their circuit workout – a real boredom buster!

YOGA – $12 per class – led by a very talented, knowledgeable & professional Yoga Instructor – all fitness levels – beginners up.  Stretch, strengthen and relax.  Bring mat.

ZUMBA- 1 hr. - Zumba is Latin dance aerobics!  You will burn a ton of calories in this class– it’s super fun and a fantastic workout!!  Make your reservation.

CORE – 30 min. targeting the muscle groups of the abs, buns & thighs. 

KICK BOXING - Very effective!  A total body workout that totally kicks butt!!

ZUMBA SCULPT & TONE –  works your entire body using Zumba’s fun toning sticks.

ZUMBA FLAT ABS – This class solely works on the abdominals. – 15 min. 

FREAKY FRIDAY – Reverse on the circuit and/or other various surprise regiments!

(I) denotes an instructor-led class – you do need to purchase a punchcard or register for the month.

(V) denotes a video-led class – no punchcard or preregistration required.  Free.  These videos are developed by the founder of Zumba, Beto Perez, and some of his best choreographers.  The videos are utilized on our new 55” Flatscreen HD TV to offer you an optimal virtual experience while working out.   Most of the videos we use are not available to the general public.  They truly are a “STEP UP.”  It’s better to do our videos here in the club than any videos at home because: 1) we have a safe “response floor”, 2) we are a gym setting where you won’t be interrupted, and 3) it’s way more fun to exercise with others!! Come join us!!!
